DELIVERY OPTIONS

DPD / Royal Mail First Class (Signed) - £4.50
Any orders received before 1pm will be posted the same day. Orders received after 1pm will be posted the next working day. 

Click & Collect in Store - FREE
Orders received for click and collect will be available within 24 hours, excluding Sundays as we are closed. Please wait until you have received your collection confirmation.

Local Delivery - £2.00
Delivery is available within a 5 mile radius.

FREE UK mainland delivery on orders over £75.00.

 

RETURN OPTIONS

Returns (online orders only) 

We have a 14 day returns policy for online orders.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 4 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be unused in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging with tags still attached. You will also need the receipt or proof of your purchase. 

Due to hygiene reasons hair accessories and earrings cannot be returned.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items.

Refunds (online orders only) 

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

You will be notified when we have inspected your returned item(s) and will receive confirmation if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

 Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
